Bobatoto reserves the right to suspend, freeze or close any player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity

• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months (dormant account)
